  • Bandwidth-based and device-based subscription plans

  • Free and paid-tier services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You must not:

  • Use the Services for any illegal or prohibited activities

  • Share your account credentials with others

  • Attack, hack, or overload our infrastructure

  • Host malicious content

  • Use the VPN for spam, fraud, scams, cyber-attacks, abuse, or harassment

  • Use the service for P2P abuse if the server/location does not support it

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

STRICTLY PROHIBITED activities include:

  • Child exploitation or harmful content

  • Fraud, phishing, scamming, or identity theft

  • DDoS attacks, botnets, malware distribution

  • Terrorism or extremist activities

  • Any behavior violating applicable laws

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use without refund.

5. Privacy & Logs

We follow a No-Log Policy, meaning:

  • We do NOT store browsing activity

  • We do NOT monitor traffic content

  • We do NOT sell user data

However, we may store minimal technical data required for service operation:

  • Account email

  • Subscription details

  • Active session duration

  • Bandwidth usage

  • Device count

This ensures fair usage and server capacity management.

6. Payments & Refunds

  • All paid plans are billed upfront.

  • Payment is non-refundable once the service has been used.

  • Refunds may be granted only in rare cases such as inability to use the service due to server-side issues.

  • Chargebacks may result in account termination.

7. Fair Usage Policy

To maintain quality service, we may limit:

  • Excessive bandwidth usage

  • Abnormal or abusive device connections

  • Activities that degrade server performance

Accounts violating fair usage may be restricted.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • You use our Services for illegal or harmful activity

  • You abuse DRM, crack apps, or misuse VPN routing

  • You attempt to attack our platform

No refunds will be provided in case of Terms violation.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 uptime; however:

  • Occasional maintenance or downtime may occur

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access

  • We are not responsible for internet provider issues or global outages

10. Third-Party Services

Our apps may integrate with third-party tools such as:

  • Payment processors

  • Cloud hosting providers

  • Analytics (minimal, privacy-safe)

Their policies apply to their use.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Damages caused by misuse of the VPN

  • Loss of data, money, or reputation

  • Any indirect or consequential damages

  • Third-party website actions
