All payments for VPN subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except in the cases mentioned below.
Once a subscription is activated and used, we cannot provide a refund.
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY if:
You are unable to connect to any VPN server
You cannot use the service due to a verified technical issue on our side
Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours
If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the extra payment.
If you purchased the wrong plan and have not used the service, we can switch the plan or offer a refund.
Refunds will not be provided if:
You changed your mind after purchase
You no longer need the service
Your ISP or government blocks VPN usage
Server speeds vary due to internet conditions
You used more than 2GB of bandwidth
You violated our Terms & Conditions
You used the VPN for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity
You purchased from unauthorized resellers
Payments made using cryptocurrencies are non-refundable due to volatility and irreversible transactions.
If you purchased through:
Google Play Store
Apple App Store
Refunds must follow their respective policies.
We cannot process refunds for purchases made via app stores.

Registered email
Payment method
Transaction ID or receipt
Reason for refund
Screenshots (if technical issue)
Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
We suspect abuse of our refund policy
The account shows activity inconsistent with genuine technical issues
We may update this policy from time to time.
