We aim to provide high-quality and reliable VPN services using V2Ray, WireGuard, and other supported protocols.
This Refund Policy explains when you may request a refund and how we handle such requests.


1. General Refund Rule

All payments for VPN subscriptions are final and non-refundable, except in the cases mentioned below.
Once a subscription is activated and used, we cannot provide a refund.


2. Eligible Conditions for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY if:

A. Service Not Working

  • You are unable to connect to any VPN server

  • You cannot use the service due to a verified technical issue on our side

  • Our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours

B. Duplicate Payment

If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription, we will refund the extra payment.

C. Incorrect Plan Purchase

If you purchased the wrong plan and have not used the service, we can switch the plan or offer a refund.


3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You no longer need the service

  • Your ISP or government blocks VPN usage

  • Server speeds vary due to internet conditions

  • You used more than 2GB of bandwidth

  • You violated our Terms & Conditions

  • You used the VPN for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

  • You purchased from unauthorized resellers


4. Crypto Payments

Payments made using cryptocurrencies are non-refundable due to volatility and irreversible transactions.


5. Third-Party App Store Policy

If you purchased through:

  • Google Play Store

  • Apple App Store

Refunds must follow their respective policies.
We cannot process refunds for purchases made via app stores.


6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Registered email

  • Payment method

  • Transaction ID or receipt

  • Reason for refund

  • Screenshots (if technical issue)

7. Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds if:

  • We suspect abuse of our refund policy

  • The account shows activity inconsistent with genuine technical issues
